BYD Formula S GT: Electric Estate Already Arriving at Dealers

BYD’s Fang Cheng Bao brand is already delivering the new Formula S GT electric estate to dealers in China, even though its official market launch is not due until September. With a 92 kWh LFP battery, up to 490 kW available and extremely fast charging, the model is clearly aimed at performance and long-distance driving. A European debut has not been ruled out, most likely under the Denza name.

BYD Ti 9: PHEV SUV with 310 km Electric Range and 9-Minute Charging

BYD’s off-road subsidiary Fang Cheng Bao has given the massive Ti 9 plug-in SUV its live debut in China, featuring a 66.5 kWh LFP Blade 2.0 battery and 310 km of electric range. The most intriguing feature is its “Flash Charging,” which takes the battery from 10% to 97% in nine minutes. Whether and when such a package will come to Europe remains uncertain, but the underlying technology is a clear indication of what to expect from future BYD and Denza models.
